The seedlings are going well. This is one of my favourite vegetable garden activities – watching the seeds become plants. It is an amazing process. I will make a separate post showing the sprouting of a bean. It is incredible that something as small as a lettuce seed (you can see one in the first photo below – there are two small white things in the hole with the “lettuce” tag) can sprout into a tiny green plant, which grows to become a lettuce, that provides greens for several weeks.
